How to claim
- Register your concession in your MyWay+ account: Register concession, choose Concession under Fare Type, select your concession type and submit.
Conditions and catches
- Most MyWay+ concessions automatically expired on 30 June 2026, so check yours is still active.
- Concession fares apply to the primary card holder at all times.
