Who can get it
- Primary holder of an eligible card, including the Health Care Card and Low Income Health Care Card
How to claim
- Contact your energy provider.
- Embedded network residents can call the ACT Revenue Office on (02) 6207 0028 or apply online.
Conditions and catches
- Health Care Card holders must reapply each time a new card is issued.
- The Commonwealth Seniors Health Card is not eligible.
