- Currently studying an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Charles Sturt
- Enrolled in one or more subjects in the current session
- Completed at least one session of study, or enrolled after the census date of your first session
- Able to show financial hardship with supporting documents

- Complete the online application form and attach supporting documents
Conditions and catches
- 2026 applications close 11:59pm 10 Dec 2026
- One grant per study session; funding is limited
- Applications with incorrect or no supporting documentation are deemed ineligible
