Who can get it
- Have an Access Plan registered with Health and Counselling services, or have requested one
- Australian citizen, NZ citizen, permanent resident or permanent humanitarian visa holder
- Commencing an undergraduate degree, enrolled full-time
- Be in receipt of means-tested government payments or be able to demonstrate financial hardship

- Apply online through the Flinders University Student System by the closing date
