Who can get it
- Aged 15 to 30 and receiving a government payment or benefit, and meet Smart and Skilled eligibility.
- Also people who have experienced domestic or family violence, or who are or were in out-of-home care.
How to claim
- Eligibility is confirmed at enrolment; domestic violence and out-of-home care applicants provide supporting documents.
Conditions and catches
- Courses up to and including Certificate IV.
