Who can get it
- Oxygen concentrator users must get the machine free through MASS and hold an eligible card, such as a Health Care Card
- Kidney dialysis users must get a home machine free through a Queensland Health hospital

- Complete the Electricity Life Support Concession application form
- Phone Concession Services on 13 QGOV (13 74 68)
Conditions and catches
- CPAP machine users are not eligible.
