- Australian citizen or permanent resident, including permanent humanitarian visa holders.
- Enrolled in the Bachelor of Education, on campus or online. New and current students can apply.
- Shows a form of hardship or disadvantage.

- Apply through SCU's applying for a scholarship page with a 100 to 200 word statement.
