Who can get it
- Hold an eligible concession card; the Services Australia Health Care Card is shown as eligible
- Must be legally responsible for the TasWater account
- Live at the property as your principal place of residence
Conditions and catches
- Renters whose landlord holds the TasWater account won't qualify.
