Who can get it
- Enrolled full-time in the BE(Hons), BE(Hons)/Master of Engineering, or an engineering dual.
- Has completed between 12 and 18 units.
- Can demonstrate financial hardship.

- Apply using the online application portal with a cover letter, resume, mySI-net studies report and evidence of financial hardship.
Conditions and catches
- The value is set each year by the Associate Dean (Academic).
- Opens January 2027 and closes March 2027.
