- Health Care Card holders and their dependents, including spouses listed on the card
How to claim
- Where possible, please advise the ambulance paramedic of your concession card number.
Conditions and catches
- Please note that concession benefits only apply to clinically necessary transports.
- Your concession card must be valid on the date of travel.
- Excludes Health Care Cards for Carer Allowance or Foster Care issued in the child's name.
