- Primary cardholder (or spouse/domestic partner) named on the renewal notice
- One vehicle used privately for social, domestic or recreational purposes
How to claim
- Log in to myVicRoads, select Vehicles & Registration, then Apply for registration concession.
- Apply at least 5 days before the due date and wait for confirmation before renewing.
Conditions and catches
- No discount on the TAC fee for Health Care Card holders.
- Concession card eligibility will be checked with the responsible authority before the concession is granted.
