- Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible NZ citizen
- New or continuing undergraduate student
- Financial or other hardship
- Live in or did the HSC in Western Sydney
- Minimum ATAR of 80 (current students GPA of 5)

- Apply through UAC; shortlisted applicants may need to submit a written statement
