Who can get it
- Be of Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and accepted as such by community
- Be in receipt of means-tested government payments or be able to demonstrate financial hardship
- Commencing an undergraduate degree, full-time in a Commonwealth Supported Place
