Who can get it
- Live at the property
- Hold an eligible card (such as a Low Income Health Care Card), receive an eligible payment such as Youth Allowance, Austudy or ABSTUDY, or meet the low income provisions
- Tenants must hold a written rental agreement
How to claim
- Apply with the online household concessions form, a paper form, or by calling ConcessionsSA on 1800 307 758.
- If you received it before and nothing has changed, you don't need to reapply.
Conditions and catches
- You must apply by 31 December to get the COLC for that financial year.
- Payments are made between August and December by EFT.
