Who can get it
- Live at and own the property on 1 July
- Hold an eligible card such as a Low Income Health Care Card, or receive an eligible Centrelink payment
Conditions and catches
- Homeowners only.
- Residential park residents are not eligible for an ESL (fixed property) remission.
