- Live at the property
- Have an energy account in your name, listed first on the bill
- Hold an eligible card (such as a Low Income Health Care Card) or receive an eligible payment such as Youth Allowance, Austudy or ABSTUDY
How to claim
- Apply with the online household concessions form, a paper form, or by calling ConcessionsSA on 1800 307 758.
- Have your Centrelink CRN, latest electricity and water bills and bank details ready.
Conditions and catches
- The amount is indexed each financial year and paid as a daily rate, so each bill's credit varies.
