Who can get it
- Enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts or a dual, with a major or extended major in political science and/or public policy.
- Credit for 16 to 24 units, with at least 4 in a relevant field in a prior semester.
- Aged 20 or older from 1 January 2026.

- Submit the online application form with evidence of your studies and demonstrated financial need.
