- Students who have a VET FEE-HELP or VET Student Loan debt.
- The complaint must be about the debt, for example a wrong loan amount, charges after you stopped participating, misleading information or a cancelled enrolment.
How to claim
- Complain to your education provider first.
- Then use the Ombudsman's online complaint form, or complain by phone, in person or in writing.
